Greg and Kate founded NQ Management in 2019 after acquiring their first management rights complex, Haven on Severin. That was later joined with the purchase of City View Villas, two of Cairns most sort after permanent let complexes.
NQ Rentals is the property management division of NQ Management and has grown organically from referrals and requests from clients to manage their investment properties outside of the complexes.
Finding a tenant and managing a lease is only a small part of effectively managing a successful investment portfolio. With this ethos in mind, NQ Rentals is a full end to end asset and property management company that is focused on performance, protection, and overall return on investment.
This means more than just rising rents, it includes maximising market trends, property value, depreciation, insurances, rates, body corporate fees and driving the overall investment objectives.

Kate has an attention to detail that impresses even the most particular owners. With an extensive career in both human resources and event management, Kate is the driving force in the business ensuring that no detail is overlooked.
Kate has had a passion for property from a very young age buying her first house as soon as she could. Since then both Greg and Kate own and manage their own growing property portfolio and like to help aspiring and established investors in their own property journey.
